• Excessive mileage beyond agreed limits
• Late return fees

• Cleaning fees for excessive mess
• Traffic violations or toll charges incurred during rental

Vehicle Use Restrictions

You agree to:

• Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
• Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Not use the vehicle for commercial purposes without authorization
• Not drive the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
• Not modify or alter the vehicle in any way

Insurance and Liability

All rentals include basic comprehensive insurance coverage. You are responsible for damage excess as specified in your rental agreement. Additional insurance options may be available.

Driver Responsibility

You are responsible for all fines, penalties, and legal consequences arising from your use of the vehicle, including parking violations and traffic offenses.

Vehicle Condition and Maintenance

You must inspect the vehicle before accepting it and report any existing damage. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate fluid levels and reporting any mechanical issues immediately.

Accidents and Breakdowns

In case of an accident or breakdown:

• Contact emergency services if needed
• Notify canyon-forge immediately
• Complete an accident report if applicable
• Do not admit liability at the scene
• Obtain contact details of other parties involved
